In the area of training, innovative course programs for Telemarketers, Call Center Project Managers and Call Center Agents are offered by various Chamber of Commerce Offices (IHK), the German Technical Control Board (TÜV) Academies and the Unemployment Office. For the first time ever, these retraining programs are able to provide the market with well-trained specialists.

The German Dialog Marketing Association (DDV), after thoroughly inspecting on site processes and business operation documentation, awards the first seal of quality; making TEMA Marketing one of the few companies in the branch to be given a seal of quality.
1990
The employment of 80 coworkers calls for a move to larger company facilities and the investment in an ACD platform(Automatic Call Distribution). This makes it possible to meet the needs of a leading German automobile manufacturer and deliver a complete communication concept for vehicle enquiries, vehicle selection, relaying offers and contacts between the supply (interested parties) and demand (dealers), decision-making and after-sales support.
1985
TEMA Marketing is registered with the German Dialog Marketing Association (DDV) in the area of Telemarketing (which was renamed in 1998 as the Council for Telemedia and Call Center Services).
