The customer service center will be extended by another form of communication for a media company operating worldwide: The chat function will be activated and, within our ACD-system, be privileged for team members having a chat training.

The year starts with the rollout of a new headset generation for the entire company. Approved by the safety-at-work-committee, tested with 10 communication specialists for several weeks and recommended by our occupational physician, the new Noise-Cancling-Headsets are now in use.

Studies of the online Market Research deal with feedbacks from managers, the occupational health management, surveys about the dedication-index of managers and the psychological strain at the workplace. Public companies, universities and institutions carry out exhaustive surveys with the online tool of TEMA Marketing within the context of their own quality assurance and quality policy.
